| 摘 要： | 干扰管理是国际上管理科学、运筹学和系统工程等领域备受关注的新的研究方向,近年来已成为相关领域研究的热点。干扰管理与其他不确定性决策方法有着明显区别,综合国内外学者对干扰管理的研究进展,物流配送系统干扰管理领域难点问题具体体现在:(1)物流配送系统的扰动如何度量?(2)如何快速有效地处理干扰事件并形成系统扰动最小的调整方案?(3)干扰事件应对方案的在线生成方法和手段。对此,本文提出了以下几点思考:(1)物流配送系统扰动的度量方法;(2)干扰事件的快速处理与决策方法;(3)干扰事件应对方案的在线实时生成方法和手段。

| Abstract: | Disruption management,as a new research direction in the areas of management science,operational research and systems engineering,has been a hotspot in the correlative fields.First,the differences between disruption management and other uncertainty decision-making methods are defined,then the development of disruption management is summarized,and finally the difficulties are discussed and some reflections are made concerning this aspect. |
