中国共产党民族理论的演变和发展

在领导中国革命和建设的过程中，在解决中国民族问题和处理民族关系的具体实践中，中国共产党既继承了马克思列宁主义民族理论的基本原理，又根据中国的具体国情作出创造性发展，开辟了具有中国特色的解决民族问题的正确道路，形成了具有中国特色的马克思主义民族理论体系。先后形成了毛泽东思想中的民族理论、邓小平理论中的民族理论和“三个代表”重要思想中的民族理论，以胡锦涛为总书记的新一届中央领导集体又将这一理论体系推进到了一个新的阶段。文章系统阐述了具有中国特色的马克思主义民族理论体系的形成与发展阶段及其承前启后、继承与发展的关系，并对开创民族工作的新局面和达到民族理论研究的新境界作出了展望。

The Evolution and Development of the Chinese Communist Party's Ethnic Theories

In the process of leading the Chinese revolution and construction and in the practice of dealing with the ethnic affairs, the Chinese Communist Party has inherited the fundamental principles on ethnic theories of Marxism - Leninism, has developed and pioneered a suitable way to solve the ethnic issues according to the situation of China, and has formulated the Marxist and Leninist ethnic theories with peculiar Chinese characteristics. The system of ethnic theories has been formed successively in light of Mao Zedong Thoughts, Deng Xiaoping Theories and the Three Represents, and it has been promoted to a new phase under the new central collective leadership with Hu Jintao as the Genera/ Secretary. This research explores the formation and development of Marxist ethnic theories with peculiar Chinese characteristics systematically and provides suggestions for further achievement in ethnic woi：k and ethnic theory studies.
