| 摘 要： | 随着改革不断深入与社会转型发展,农村社会矛盾不断凸显,农村社会管理与乡村治理工作亟需加强。抓好农村社会矛盾实地化解柔性管理,对于有效化解农村社会矛盾,促进农村改革深化、农村经济发展和农村社会稳定,具有极其重要的意义。要从基层工作队伍、工作方法、工作原则、工作机制、农民教育等方面抓好柔性工作,突出农村社会矛盾实地化解的主体力量、根本指针、关键因素、重要策略和预防措施。
