| Abstract: | This essay mainly explains the new changes brougt out during the management of the state holding companies and the new situations which the management brings to the leading CCP groups as well.In the essay,the author analyses that it is necessay and practical for the leading party groups to take part in the policy decision making.However,the unaddptation to the management activities is need to further explored and studied. |
