从考古资料看秦漆器胎骨及制作工艺

结合考古资料,通过对秦漆器胎骨和胎骨制作工艺的分析研究,进一步表明了漆器胎骨发展演变的轨迹。在秦漆器胎骨发展演变过程中,其胎骨仍以木胎为主,木胎胎骨由厚拙逐渐变得薄巧。随着社会的发展,漆器胎骨也随之呈现其多样化,夹纻胎就是在木胎的基础上的一种新发明。漆器胎骨的制作工艺在延续挖制、卷制和削制等技艺的基础上,相继出现了扣器法、旋制法,意味着中国漆器历史上的重大突破与创新,对推进漆器制造工艺的改进、漆器艺术风格的演变有非常重要的意义。

A Study on Qin's Lacquer TaiGu and Its Fabrication Process Based on Archaeological Material

Based on an analysis of archaeological material about Qin lacquer,it was obvious to find some evolutive track and tendency of Qin lacquer ware TaiGu.Firstly,the material quality of TaiGu was still given priority to wooden tire,and its characteristic gradually became thin and artful from clumsy and thick.Secondly,with the development of the society,the variety of Qin’s lacquer ware TaiGu also presented its diversity,and the bodiless lacquer ware TaiGu was a new invention on the basis of wooden one.Thirdly,while in continuing digging,rolling and cutting systems,buckle device method and spin control appeared in the production technology of lacquer ware TaiGu,which means the historical breakthroughs and innovation in the production of Chinese lacquer ware.
