| 摘 要： | 随着心理学研究方法和研究手段的不断发展和进步,近年来情绪调节成为心理学研究和情绪研究领域的研究热点和重要主题。情绪调节作为一个内涵丰富的概念,国内外研究者从不同研究角度对其进行了界定。在对情绪调节概念的界定进行综述基础上,对其相关概念情绪和心境调节进行了辨析。

| Abstract: | With the continuous development and progress of psychology research methods and means,emotion regulation has become a hot and important topic of research in the field of psychology and emotion in recent years.Emotion regulation is a rich connotation of the concept.Domestic and foreign researchers view its definition from different research points.In this paper,the author reviews the definitions of the concept of emotion regulation and the discrimination of its related concept such as emotion and mood regulation. |
