关于加强与完善河北省产学研合作的思考

产学研合作在河北省经济结构调整和产业结构升级中起着关键作用。目前,河北省产学研合作机制不断创新、合作形式不断丰富,取得了一些成绩。但存在很多问题:产学研合作各方价值取向不一致、政策环境不优、"政府搭台、政府唱戏"的现象还依然存在、围绕产业链技术创新的成熟合作模式尚未形成及利益分配规则还不够完善。因此,需要政府、企业、高校和科研院所共同做出努力,才能提高河北的产学研合作水平,助力河北经济更好、更快地可持续发展

The Reflection of Strengthening and Perfecting the University-industry Collaboration in Hebei Province

The university-industry collaboration plays a key role in economic structural adjustment and upgrading of the industrial structure of Hebei province.Nowadays,the university-industry collaboration in Hebei Province has made some achievements in system innovation and forms of cooperation,but still has a number of problems:disagreement in value orientation of university-industry collaboration parties;the policy environment is not optimal;mature cooperation pattern founded on industrial chain technology innovation has not formed and interest distribution rules have not been perfected yet.Therefore,in order to raise university-industry collaboration level of Hebei province,and promote Hebei economy to develop better,faster and more sustainable,the government,enterprises,universities and institutes need to work together.
