新冠肺炎疫情与意识形态的两种面相

新冠肺炎疫情全球大流行内嵌着意识形态的话语演变与现实表征,表明意识形态作为“观念上层建筑”不是走向终结而是复归社会生活领域。透视全球疫情防控格局及其内在机理,需要理清新自由主义与社会主义两种意识形态的基本特质与逻辑范式。以资本逻辑为主导,形式上捍卫自由与人权,实质上造成个体之间、个体与共同体之间的对立,新自由主义意识形态是西方国家疫情失控的主要思想诱因。充分表达人民意志、重塑个人与国家的共同体思想,社会主义意识形态根本超越西方话语体系,成为推动全球新冠肺炎疫情防控的“精神武器”。继续发挥意识形态引导疫情防控的正向作用,理应弘扬社会主义意识形态,牢牢站稳思想这块阵地,以实现观念上层建筑与政治上层建筑的有益结合,推动建构人类卫生健康共同体与命运共同体。

The Outbreak of COVID-19 and the Two Faces of Ideology

The evolution of discourse and representation of reality embedded in ideology in the global outbreak of COVID-19, indicate that ideology, as the "ideological superstructure", is not ending but returning to the realm of social life. To understand the global epidemic prevention and control pattern and its internal mechanism, it is necessary to clarify the basic characteristics and logical paradigms of neoliberalism and socialism. Dominated by capital logic, it defends freedom and human rights in form, but essentially causes the opposition between individuals, and between individuals and the community. Neoliberal ideology is the main ideological incentive for the out-of-control epidemic in Western countries. Fully expressing the will of the people and reshaping the community thinking of individuals and countries, socialist ideology has fundamentally surpassed the Western discourse system and has become a "spiritual weapon" to promote the prevention and control of the COVID-19. To continue to play the positive role of ideology in guiding epidemic prevention and control, we should promote socialist ideology and firmly stand on the ground of ideology, so as to realize the beneficial combination of conceptual superstructure and political superstructure, and promote to build a community of common health and a community with a shared future for humanity.
