| Abstract: | Today state enterprise annexation is restricted by many factors in China.The main ones are as follows:role conflicts in the process of government enterprise annexation,undeveloped property right exchange markets and agents,lacking sources of effective longterm funds,confusion of property right relations,imperfection of laws,rules,policies and measures,lacking norms of asset assessment,serious local protectionism,heavy load of debt,imperfection of social ensurance system,and so on. |
