| 摘 要： | 文章分析了高校档案工作的现状，强调了档案信息化工作的重要性，指出了档案工作信息化存在的主要问题资金短缺；管理人员信息化知识不够；适用的计算机软件太少。最后，提出了档案工作信息化的科学对策充分认识档案信息化工作的紧迫性；全面认识档案信息化工作的内涵；增加档案信息化的投资力度；开发操作简单、功能齐全的计算机软件；加强对档案管理人员的信息化知识再教育。

| Abstract: | This essay analyses the current situation of archive management in college and universities, discusses the significance of introducing information technology to archive management, points out the main problems that hinders the process, and finally suggests strategies that should be adopted to solve those problems. The problems include: 1. shortage in funds; 2. lack of knowledge in information technology among the personnel; 3. scarcity of suitable software. The suggested strategies are: 1. full awareness to the emergency of introducing information technology to archive management; 2. thorough understanding of the overall meaning of the work; 3. increasing investment in this field; 4. developing suitable software which has sufficient functions and is easy to use; 5. strengthening further education of the personnel in information technology. |
