To preserve and develop the Party's pioneering spirit, the priority lies in keeping it at an advanced position in ideological and theoretic field. One of the yardsticks to measure whether a party has pioneering spirits or not is to check whether it follows the objective kws of social development and whether it can lead society onto the right development track. To optimize the well-being of the general masses is another indispensable prequisite for preserving and developing the Party's pioneering spirits.
