企业人力资源招聘服务外包研究动态及其发展趋势

摘    要:在知识经济高速发展的今天,人才作为"第一资源"的地位日益凸显。招聘是企业获取高素质人才的重要通道,其中招聘服务外包作为人力资源管理外包的一个新兴发展方向,近年来更是受到了广泛关注。通过招聘服务外包文献的梳理,主要从基本脉络、内涵、动因与优势、风险与应对四个方面对我国招聘服务外包的研究动态进行了全面回顾与概括,在此基础上对未来的研究趋势进行了展望,以期对今后的研究提供有益的参考与借鉴。

Abstract:In today''s high-speed development of knowledge economy, talent''s status as "the first resource" becomes prominent. Recruitment is an important channel for the enterprises to obtain high-quality talent, including recruitment service outsourcing being a new development direction of human resource management outsourcing, which has received a widespread attention in recent years. By combing recruitment outsourcing literature, this paper makes a comprehensive review and summary of the national study dynamic of recruitment service outsourcing from four aspects:the basic context, connotation, motivation and advantages, risks and correspondence. On the above research basis, it gives an outlook of the future trend to provide a beneficial reference for the future research.
