论企业决策的化理性

一项具有伦理性的企业决策是多种因素综合作用的结果。为使企业决策具有伦理性,企业的决策系统的各个环节必须融进有关道德的思考,将辨别和评价道德问题结构化或程序化。同时,必须认识到组织与文化及管理者个人道德状况等多方面因素对企业决策的影响,在努力建立起伦理性决策制度与机制的同时,发展企业伦理文化,提高管理者自身的道德水平。

On the Ethicality of Enterprise Decision

An ethical enterprise decision is the product of many factors.In order to make an ethical decision,different parts of the enterprise's decision-making system have to take into account moral issues,trying to structuralize or routinize moral discrimination and judgment.In the meantime,the effect of multiple factors including the moral level of organizations and individuals on the enterprise decision has to be considered so as to mutually develop the ethical decision-making system,enterprise's ethical culture as well as the moral level of managers themselves.
