| 摘 要： | 研究和探讨高等教育的经济功能,对于更好地发挥高等教育在经济社会协调发展中的作用,具有重要的现实意义.立足于内生经济增长理论,利用Cobb-Douglas生产函数构造教育投入的劳动增长型生产函数,对重庆市1990-2000年,2000-2004年两个时期的高等教育对地方经济发展的贡献率进行了估计,借以分析重庆市高等教育对地方经济发展的贡献作用,并提出相应的政策建议.
