| 摘 要： | 回顾了金融危机影响与外贸型物流企业供应链服务战略的研究现状,利用likert量表进行了问卷调查,结果表明,服务创新战略、资源整合战略、资本运营战略、信息化战略和风险管理战略是支持外贸型物流企业开展供应链服务的重要细分战略.在此基础上,给出了外贸型物流企业融入供应链服务的发展战略模型,总结了五种融入供应链服务的发展战略路径,并以上海欣海报关公司为案例开展了实证研究.
