国外促进社会公平的经验及对我国的启示

在当代,西方国家面临着一系列社会问题:一方面,社会群体的贫富差距不断扩大,另一方面,宗教与种族歧视日益凸显。于是,这些国家陆续出台促进社会公平的若干措施,如推行市场化运作的全民免费医疗,建立农业合作经济组织以保障农民发展权利,将政府的工作重点定位于社会公共服务,帮助残疾人及抚养儿童的家庭走出贫困。国外社会公平建设对我国有若干启示,主要是开拓多样化的社会保障渠道,以扶持落后地区的发展促进社会公平正义,通过社会化的救助模式保障贫困人口的基本生活。

Foreign Experience of Promoting Social Justice and Its Enlightenment to China

In modern times,western countries are faced with a series of social problems：on the one hand,the gap between the rich and the poor is widening,on the other hand,religious and racial descrimination is becoming serious.Therefore,these countries introduced measures to promote social justice,like adopting free medical care by market operation,building agricultural cooperation economic organizations to secure farmers＇ rights to develop,putting focus on social public service,helping the disabled and families with children to escape from poverty.Foreign social justice construction is of enlightenment to China,mainly developing various ways of social security,promoting social justice by helping poor areas,and protecting the basic life of poor people through socialized aid mode.
