| 摘 要： | 伴随不可逆转的高等教育大众化趋势,高职院校面临生源下降等生存和发展的严重挑战.高职院校生源结构发生的巨大变化,必然要求高职院校在人才培养方案、教育教学模式和管理方法等方面做出相应的调整.未来5-10年,高职教育要继续深化管理体系、学位体系、生均拨款、准入制度等方面的改革.

| Abstract: | Accompany an irreversible trend of popularization of higher education ; the higher vocational colleges will be faced serious challenge on survival and development. Such as students＇ resources decreasing, it will be bringing to structure change of students resources in higher vocational colleges. The higher vocational college should to be adjustment personnel cultivating program, education teaching model and management method and so on. In next five to ten years, the higher vocational education should be continue to reform management system, degree system, nation allocation per student and access system. |
