泉州民营企业的人才现状及对策

摘    要:分析了泉州民营企业的人才现状,指出其存在总量不足、结构性矛盾突出、流动率高、储备不足、急需人才相对短缺和缺乏高层次人才等问题。其主要原因在于人才供求矛盾、人才服务支撑体系不健全、家族式企业管理、企业规模较小等。在此基础上对改变泉州民营企业的人才现状提出几点对策建议。

Abstract:The current situation of talents in Quanzhou private firms is analyzed,There are some problems,such as the contradiction in talents structure,the highly mobility of talents,an insufficient talent pool,a relative shortage of the emergent demanded talents and a lack of qualified personnel.Some of the reasons such as the contradiction of talents between demand and supply,an inefficient tal-ents services system,the family-style of management,the small-scale of the private firms are pointed out.Accordingly the change the talents status in Quanzhou private firms are proposed.
