| 摘 要： | 该文探讨了农业劳动力转移问题的理论渊源 ,并根据有关理论对我国农业劳动力转移的情况进行了分析 ,指出了调整农业产业结构、推进农业产业化、增加农民收入等举措对于解决我国农业剩余劳动力转移问题的重要意义。

| Abstract: | The theoretical origins of agricultural labour shifting issue have been discussed in this paper. These theories are very important to analyze the issue in China. Some measures, such as agricultural construction adjusting, agriculture industrializing, farmer income increasing, should be taken to increase the employment of surplus agricultural labour in China. |
