| 摘 要： | 功能等效原则是西方功能翻译理论的核心,文中结合功能等效原则,从语义对等、句法对等和文化对等3方面分析了标示语汉英翻译中存在的功能失效问题,并提出了一些相应的解决办法。

| Abstract: | Equivalence,being the core of the western theory of functional translation,plays an important role in Chinese-English translation of sign words.This paper studies function failures in C-E translation of sign words from the angles of semantic equivalence,syntactical equivalence and cultural equivalence,and proposes some corresponding solutions. |
