| 摘 要： | 形而下者为之器,形而上者为之道。从形而上的层面看,河套文化表现出来的精神实质是:1、开拓开发。河套地域的开放性决定了其发展历史的开放性。河套地区的历史是一部各族劳动人民与大自然斗争自强不息的开发史。2、英雄主义。河套地区以战攻为事的历史面貌造就了河套人的英雄主义,当国家民族危亡之时,河套人会奋不顾身地投入到战斗的行列中去。3、以和为贵。东南西北四方人民聚集于河套,杂居共处,团结友爱,其风俗习惯相互融合。4、海纳百川。广袤的河套平原张开双臂迎接四方宾朋,慷慨激昂的大气引来旺盛的人气。统观以上四者,河套文化中的开放精神突出而鲜明。开放精神在新时代必将焕发新的光彩,有力推动现代化建设。
