| 摘 要： | 由于历史和现实的原因,农村文化建设相对于经济发展水平明显滞后,存在投入不足、设施落后、发展不平衡等问题。加强农村文化建设,应从科学规划、培育市场、重视文化队伍和文化设施建设入手,促进农村文化的发展繁荣,切实提高农村居民精神文化生活水平,推动社会主义和谐新农村的建设。

| Abstract: | For historical and practical reasons,ural culture construction lags behind the economic develppment.Problems occur because of lack of investment,old facilities and imbalance of the development.To develop rural culture,we should focus our minds on scientific planning,market fostering and cultural team and facilities building,enhance the level of people's cultural life in rural areas,and construct new socialistic harmonious countryside. |
