| 摘 要： | 妇女劳动就业是妇女的基本权利,依法保障妇女劳动权益,使妇女通过参加劳动取得经济独立是保障妇女权益的物质基础。几年来舟山市妇女就业方面虽然取得可喜的成就,但仍须全力拓展妇女就业的空间,加强劳动权益保障。

| Abstract: | It is women' s primary right to get employed and th eir working rights and interests should be protected legally.It is the ma terial foundation to guarantee women' s rights and interests to let women ob tain the economic independence by wo rking.The recent years have witness ed the fond achievements in the respect of women' s employment,but even greater efforts are much desired to open up the space of women' s employment so as to guarantee the women' s working rights and interests better. |
