| 摘 要： | 国有资产管理体制改革是中国经济体制改革的重要内容,也是中国社会主义市场经济体制构建的艰巨任务,而地方政府在国有资产管理体制改革中的经济行为,直接影响国有资产的保值增值,并影响政府在宏观经济管理中的绩效,从而对整个国民经济造成重要影响。以贵州国有资产管理体制改革中政府经济行为作为研究对象,评价地方政府在国有资产管理体制改革中的经济行为绩效,提出地方政府经济行为创新的思路具有现实意义和理论价值。

| Abstract: | Reforming management system of state-owned assets is an important part of reforming China's economic system as well as an arduous task of building up China's system of socialist market economy.Local government plays an important role in reforming management system of state-owned assets so that their economic action may influence on the stability and growth of state-owned assets as well as national economy.Taking an example of economic action of Guizhou's provincial government in reforming management system of state-owned assets,the paper evaluates their results and problems,and then the suggestions of innovating economic action of local government in reforming management system of state-owned assets are proposed. |
