| 摘 要： | 心理训练作为体育训练的一种方法 ,在体育训练和比赛中被广泛的运用和研究。本文通过对比实验 ,充明说明了表象训练作为体育教学的一种方法在体育教学中具有特殊效果 ,它不但能事半功倍地掌握跳远技术动作 ,同时对提高学生学习动机 ,激发学生兴趣等诸方面都有着积极的作用
