摘    要:微生物的群体组成是决定生物处理系统降解污染物能力的重要因素之一,在利用软体动物门腹足纲微型动物——卷贝进行活性污泥减量的应用研究基础上,本文利用醌指纹法分析了活性污泥被卷贝摄食前后的微生物的群体组成.结果表明,在500 ind/m3~5000 ind/m3密度范围内活性污泥中卷贝的存在对微生物的多样性及种的均匀性没有明显影响,从而为生物法减量活性污泥的污水处理系统的进一步研究奠定基础.

Abstract:Microbial community structure is one of the important factors controlling the pollutant-degrading capacity of ecosystems.On the base of applied research on sludge reduction by Physa acuta,this paper analized microbial population in the activated sludge reactor in which Physa acuta were induced using quinone profiles.The experiment results shown that microbial diversity and equitability of the distribution of microbial species were not both changed in response to Physa acuta and these results are useful for ...
