| 摘 要： | 近年来,对邓小平党的执政能力建设思想的研究取得了一系列成果,但也存在着一些问题和不足,应加强纵向考察和比较研究,并对邓小平关于执政资源、执政环境、执政体制、执政安全、执政风险、执政资格、执政方式、执政成本、执政理念思想进行深入研究,从而使邓小平党的执政能力建设思想研究取得新进展,获得新突破。
