| 摘 要： | 传统企业的生产对自然界的负面影响比较大 ,不利于人与自然界系统的和谐。生态企业是近年来出现的一种适合人类生存和发展的新企业类型 ,资本运作是生态企业发展的加速器。首先从生态学、仿生学、经济学的角度分别阐述了生态企业资本运作的机制、原则。最后 ,提出了生态企业资本运作战略

| Abstract: | The production of the traditional enterprise has a very bad influence on the nature,which is not favorable to harmonious between the system of the nature and man.The ecological enterprise is a new enterprise that is suited to the human existence and development.The capital function is an accelerator to promote the development of the ecological enterprise.At first, the mechanism and the principles of the capital function of the ecological enterprise are elaborated by the ecology,the bionics,and the economics.At last,the functional strategies of the capital function of the ecological enterprise are put forward. |
