| 摘 要： | 县乡经济是构成地区经济乃至国民经济的基本单位 ,是地区经济发展的基础 ,由此决定了县乡经济在西部大开发中的重要作用。由于我国经济发展水平的地区差异 ,西部地区县乡经济发展水平低于东部地区。为发挥县乡经济在西部大开发中的基础作用 ,当前应努力加快西部县乡的基础设施建设 ,发展特色经济 ,大力发展小城镇 ,大力发展个体、私营经济 ,加快人才培养。

| Abstract: | County and township economy is the elementary unit that forms regional or national economy. It is also the foundation of regional economy's development. Because of this, it is essential to develop county and township economy. The thesis sets forth the fundamental position of county and township economy in western development. On the basis of analysis of its current situation, the thesis brings up some countermeasures and suggestions to develop county and township economy and promote western development. |
