| Abstract: | Ecological environment construction in west China, where extensive area, complexity landscape, frequent catastrophe and fragile ecological environment are main natural characteristics, is one of the important work in the process of west development. By analyzing on resources and environment situation and carrying capacity, and studing basic scientific problems,a serious theory and practice basis are put forward during environment construction. |
