民族教育政策与民族教育法的关系

民族教育政策和民族教育法都是发展民族教育的重要手段,二者是辩证统一的关系,既相互区别,又相互联系,不能忽视任何一方面。但从我国民族教育的发展来看,应更加重视民族教育法的作用,加强民族教育法制建设。首先,这是从民族教育曲折发展历程中得出的历史经验和教训;其次,这是由民族教育发展的落后现状决定的;再次,这是民族教育未来发展的目标和方向所需要的。

The Relation between National Education Policy and National Education Law

As the crucial means of the development of national education,national education policy and national education law are dialectical unity.However,in the case of the development of Chinese national education,emphasis should be laid on the function and the construction of national education,for the reason that,firstly,this is the historical experience and lesson from the tortuous process of the development of national education;secondly,this is determined by the backwards situation of the development of national education;thirdly,this is required by the goals of the development of national education.
