| 摘 要： | 股权结构是公司所有权的安排 ,决定着公司治理的有效性 ,进而影响经营业绩。实证分析结果表明 :我国农业上市公司的经营业绩与国有股比例呈正相关、与法人股比例呈“倒U型”关系、与流通股比例呈负相关 ;与第一大股东持股比例呈负相关、与股权制衡度呈正相关。

| Abstract: | As an arrangement of corporate authority, ownership structure determines the effectiveness of corporate governance and further affects its operating performance. The empirical analysis shows that the operating performance of Chinese listed agricultural companies is positively related to the scale of state-owned stocks, negatively to the scale of circulation stocks and to the scale of stocks hold by the biggest shareholder, and positively to the power balance with ownership structure, forming an inverting U relationship with the scale of corporate-owned stocks. |
