| Abstract: | The conditional commercial rent for the sports assets of colleges and universities is one of the effiective methods to regulate the management in the sports field of higher educational institutions. Only after making administrative functions distinct among university, department of physical education, and physical serving center, we can make the best disposal of the limited sports assets to speed up the development of physical education in colleges and universites. |
