| 摘 要： | 以董仲舒为代表的汉儒秉承了先秦儒家的德治思想,在秦汉特殊的历史条件下,重新对德治思想进行了改造,使儒家的德治思想制度化,最终使其成为中国古代社会占统治地位的思想和治理方式,但由于董仲舒的思想在形而上的限制,使其德治思想有着独特的特点和先天的缺陷。

| Abstract: | The Han-Confucian which represented by takes Dong Zhongshu inherited the thought of rule of virtue of pre-Qin Confucianist.But under peculiar historical condition of Qin-Han,Dong reformed the thought of rule of virtue and made it institutionalized,which caused it to become the dominant thought and government way in Chinese ancient society.But Dong's thought has the unique characteristic and congenital defect because his metaphysic level was limited. |
