| Abstract: | The perfect institutional mechanism and system constitute an important guarantee for promoting the harmony of society and ensuring social fairness and justice . We should not only , staying firmly rooted in the present, resolve seriously the prominent conflicts and issues affecting social harmony at present , but also, looking ahead to the future, put more efforts into institutional improvement and innovation for the future. We need to continue to accelerate economic , political, cultural and social restructuring and innovation. |
