| 摘 要： | 基于对西部地区的区域特征和民营科技企业发展所面临的机遇与挑战的分析,提出民营科技企业发展的关键在于创新.创新应着力于企业和外部环境两方面的创新,具体有制度创新、技术创新、市场创新和以政府为创新主体的环境创新.通过民营科技企业和政府全方位的创新,形成双重主体的创新模式,促进西部地区民营科技企业健康、稳定、快速发展.

| Abstract: | Based on a close analysis of the features, opportunities and challenges of the private hi-tech enterprises of the west (exemplified with Gansu Province), the author maintains that innovation, both interior and exterior, of the system, technology, and market, is the sole way-out for further development, and that such innovation should be top-down as well as bottom-up so as to facilitate the healthy, steady and fast-moving development. |
