霸权国与新兴大国之间的权力更替并不完全符合霸权战争的转换逻辑。在美国独立后一个多世纪的历史长河中,英美两国经过不懈的磨合努力,从霍布斯式互动、洛克式互动直至发展到康德式互动,相应地,双方的认同则经历了从敌人认同、对手认同到朋友认同的转变。在认同变迁的过程中,英美之间实现了权力的和平转换。因此,认同转换是美国实现和平崛起的重要变量。

Nations Interaction and Identity Transition:An Analysis of America's Peaceful Rise from the Perspective of Constructivism

It may not inevitably lead to war between the hegemony and rising power during the power transition.During almost one and a half century,the Britain and the United States experienced three logics-Hobbesian,Lockean and Kantian.Accordingly,they developed their identities from the enemy,rival to friend.The two countries succeeded in their power transition during the process of their identity change.Therefore,the identity transition is an important variable for America to rise in peace.
