| 摘 要： | 对少数民族贫困地区扶贫开发,是马列主义民族平等原则、毛泽东思想民族观和邓小平“共同富裕”理论以及“三个代表”重要思想的具体体现。我国的少数民族地区扶贫开发,经历了一个持续发展的历史过程,成绩巨大,经验丰富。在新世纪之初,我们要继续推进少数民族地区扶贫开发,为全面建设小康社会打好基础。

| Abstract: | To support the poor in minority areas is the realization of Marxist principle of national equality, Mao Zedong's national thoughts, Deng Xiaoping's theory of "being rich simultaneously" and the theory of "Three Represents". To support the poor in minority areas in China experienced a course of sustainable development and obtained great achievements. At the beginning of the 21th century, we should continue this program to lay a solid foundation for building a "complete well-off" society. |
