摘    要:以制度创新来推进师德建设,是社会转型时期教师职业道德建设的关键,而师德主要是由两部分因素复合而成的:一部分是教书育人的基本素养;另一部分是履行教职的特殊素养。师德制度创新的重要途径在于:创新构建制度,明确界定师德规范;创新管理制度,全面激励师德行为;创新评价制度,科学评估师德水平等。

Abstract:Promoting teacher's morality by system innovation is the key to the construction of teacher's profession morality.Teacher's morality is composed of two elements: one is the basic qualifications of imparting knowledge and educating people,the other is the special qualifications of carrying out teacher's profession.The important approaches to system innovation of teacher's morality lie in the followings: Innovate the constituting system and define the norms of teacher's morality;Innovate managerial system and stimulate the actions of teacher's morality comprehensively;Innovate the evaluation system and appraise the levels of teacher's morality in a scientific way.
