| 摘 要： | 案例教学法是目前我国法学教育中的一种辅助性教学方法。案例教学法在展示其教学优越性的同时也暴露出诸多不足之处。目前我国法学教育中采用案例教学法应着重做好教学案例的选择与设计和外部环境的完善工作。

| Abstract: | The case study method is a supplement to the present law education in China,which is with merits as well as demerits.Successful applications of the method to China's law education should be preceded by emphases laid upon the choice and design of cases and the improvement in the external environment of education. |
