关于高校去行政化改革的思考

高校去行政化改革是教育行政改革的关键。高校应不应该去行政化,如何去行政化,学界虽然做出了一些有益的探索,但学者们的观点见仁见智,如以此用来指导当前教育行政改革实践,尚未形成系统认识,还不够成熟,需要进一步的论证和冷静、系统、深入的思考。

"Cold" Thoughts on Non-administration Reform in Higher Education Institutions

Non-administration reform in higher education institutions is the key to educational administration reform. This article constructs a theoretical analysis framework from the dimension of concept,necessity and strategy,which makes an in-depth analysis of the drawbacks of non-administration in higher education institutions from both theoretical and practical point of view,and finally proposes such strategies as phasing out administrative ranks,reconstructing the relations between the government and schools and establishing a modern university system in order to provide a reference for the current educational administration reform.
