| Abstract: | On the basis of analysis of current situation on fuel gas industry in Haerbin City, the tentative plan for fuel gas industry reform with market mechanism--the chartered business system is put forward. Through reform to share holding system, the fuel gas industry' s efficiency of operation can be heightened and investment channel can be broadened, thus reaching the uniformity between economic and social efficiencies. |
