我国养老机构运行机制市场化趋势与展望

我国城市人口结构日趋老龄化,不断扩大的老年群体已经很难从家庭中获得传统养老资源。本文探讨通过从社会化的方式来改革现有的社会福利体制,解决日益严峻的老龄问题。同时分析社会办养老机构发展过程中表现出弊端与问题,提出只有在实践中不断地改制、规范化、标准化养老机构的服务,才能确保社会化养老机构为社会提供更多地养老功能。

Trend and Prospect of the Market-Based Pension-Agency's Operating Mechanism in China

Ageing of the urban population in China makes it difficult for the expanding aged groups to obtain traditional endowment from the family.The paper explores the solution of the increasingly serious ageing problem can be achieved by reforming the existing social welfare system through the means of socialization.Meanwhile,an analysis is made of the defects and problems of the Social-Institutions-Agency-Pension in its development.Finally,the paper points out that Social-Institutions-Agency-Pension will be more functional only by constantly restructuring,regulating and standardizing its service.
