| 摘 要： | 从满足社员利益需要和行为激励出发,对影响我国农户合作行为的微观因素进行了调查分析.研究结果表明,社员参与合作的根本动机是产销服务的需求和市场收益的提高,绝大多数社员在利益分配方面更重视惠顾贡献的回报而不是资本回报;社员对合作组织的认知程度低和合作组织自身存在的制度缺陷是影响社员合作行为和合作组织稳定发展的关键因素.

| Abstract: | To satisfy the requirement of corporation member's interest and behavior stimulation,an investigation in the present paper analyzed the microcosmic factors influencing the cooperated behavior of farmers.The research result indicated that the fundamental motivation of corporation members participating in corporation was the service requirement of production and sale and the enhancement in market proceeds,that most of corporation members paid more attention to the return for the contribution of patronage rath... |
