| 摘 要： | 本文首先简要地回顾了近20年来公司治理机制和公司业绩之间实证研究的矛盾发现。提出导致这种结果的主要原因是已有的实证研究在方法论上存在缺欠;研究内容过于局限在对单一治理机制的作用进行分析,而对多种治理机制的互动性缺乏研究。本文倡导建立一种公司治理研究的“均衡观”。

| Abstract: | Based on a review of the empirical studies on the relationship between the specific governance mechanism and corporate performance, this paper argue that the methodology in the research should be changed from a disequilibrium view to equilibrium view. That means that we should put more emphasis on the factors which could affect the operation of specific governance mechanism instead of only focus on the relationship itself directly. |
