| 摘 要： | 当前基础教育中师生关系存在对立与冲突、疏远与冷漠、实用与功利等问题。因此迫切需要有针对性的采取改革教育评价体系、教师加强自身人格魅力、身体力行关爱和尊重学生、廉洁从教等途径来解决这些问题。为素质教育全面推进和学生全面发展创造良好的环境。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, there exist some problems in the basic education, such as conflicts in the relationship between students and teachers , coldness and indifference, practical use and ulilitarianism, etc. Therefore, it is urgently neccessary to take some effective countermeasures to reform present evaluation system, improue teachers' personal glamours, pay more attention to and respect students, set some good examples for them and solve these problems honestly in teaching methods in order to create a good environment for overall promotion of quality - oriented edueation and development of students abilities in an all - round way. |
