| 摘 要： | 维索尔伦提出的顺应论从语言使用即语言选择的观点出发,阐明语言使用的过程是语言使用者随交际环境和交际对象而不断进行语言选择的过程。法律文本翻译过程是动态顺应的过程,语境关系顺应及动态顺应为法律文本翻译中的词义选择提供了理论基础。

| Abstract: | On the basis that language use must consist of the continuous making of linguistic choice, Ver- schueren puts forward the theory of adaptation, i. e. , the process of language use is the process of continuous choice of language by the language user in light of communicative contexts and addressees. Contextual correlates of adaptability provide the theoretical basis for the choice of word meaning. Secondly, translating legal texts is a process of dynamic adaptability, which implies the dynamic relationship between language and context and provides a new translation perspective. |
