中国新农村住宅建设投融资体系分析

基于中国新农村建设的急迫性和必要性，面对农村建设资金的极度短缺已严重影响新农村建设和发展，解决农村住宅投融资的瓶颈问题，本文分析了我国农村住宅建设情况，指出加快投融资体系建设是发展农村住宅市场的首要推动力，并从农村住宅市场需求与前景，农村住宅现状分析，国内外农村住宅建设投融资，建立农村住宅建设财政金融的配套政策、财政金融支持的途径与方法、投融资的体制与机制改革等几方面提出了对策建议。
