| 摘 要： | 扩大公民的政治参与已经成为我国当前民主制度建设的一项重要内容。本文针对当前我国公民政治参与的问题,分析了当前阻碍我国公民政治参与进一步发展的三种制约因素,并从公民个人素质培养、政治文化和制度建设等方面提出了具体的对策,以求能对我国公民政治参与的良性发展有所推动。

| Abstract: | Enlarging the citizens'political participation has become an important thing in constructing Chinese democratic system.This article is about the problem of Chinese citizen's political participation,it analyzes three restricted reasons which restrict the further development of Chinese citizens' political participation,the article also points out the detailed policies from three points of developing citizens' personal quality,political culture and system's construction in order to push forward the development of Chinese citizens' political participation. |
