关于我国涉外经济稳健发展的思考

我国涉外经济发展形势的现状是对外贸易快速发展,外资利用规模不断扩大,服务贸易蓬勃发展;但同时潜在着加剧对外贸易发展的不平衡,忽视对引资质量和资源环境代价的考虑,出现外汇储备持续被动增加和人民币升值压力加大,国民没有享受到与经济增长同步的社会福利,技术型服务产业的发展速度仍相对缓慢等矛盾与问题。应以科学发展观为指导思想,转变经济发展观念,改变增长方式,促进涉外经济健康稳健发展。

Reflection on the Steady and Solid Development of China's Economy with Foreign Agents Concerned

The present development of China's economy with foreign agents concerned is characterized by a rapid development of foreign trade,use of foreign fund,and service trade.But there are several potential problems such as the exacerbation of the unbalanced development of foreign trade,the neglect of the cost of environmental resources and the quality of the attracted fund,the passive continuing increase of foreign currency reserve,the increasing pressure of the currency revaluation of RMB,citizens' being unable to enjoy the social welfare synchronous with the development of the economy and the relative slow development of technical service industries.This paper analyzes and indicates the problems and contradictions that are concealed in the development.In conclusion,the paper suggests that the concept of scientific development should be adopted as the guideline,the attitude of economic development should be changed,and the ways of the economic growth should be transformed so that China's economy with foreign agents concerned can develop healthily.
